Focalead ("the platform", "we") is a lead and customer management platform operated by CNR. The platform is used by businesses ("our clients") to manage their own inquiries and customers. What data is collected

• Data about the business's leads and customers: name, phone, email, inquiry content from forms and campaigns, call and voice-message transcripts, notes and documents uploaded by the business.
• Operational data: usage logs required for security, maintenance and billing.

How the data is used

• Managing customer cases: filing inquiries, summaries, tasks and notifications.
• AI processing: analyzing inquiry content for summaries, recommendations and automated actions.
• Transcribing recordings and voice messages.
• Security, abuse prevention and usage metering.

The data is never sold and is not used for advertising.

Security and retention

All data is fully segregated between our clients and travels over encrypted connections (TLS); all sensitive data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and access to the platform is protected by authentication. Data is retained while the business account is active and deleted upon account closure or by request.

In accordance with privacy protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data about you by contacting [email protected]. If you contacted a business that uses Focalead, you may also reach out to that business directly.
